Kindergarten Recruitment requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above，Native English speakers are preferred;
2. Good English teaching ability,can provide TESOL or TEFL certificate. IB or PCGE is preferred.
3. With more than 2 years of international education experience, can be competent for the teaching of basic English courses and special courses (music, art, drama, sports);

4、strong teaching and research ability, able to be competent for part of the teacher training, with high comprehensive quality, strong communication and pressure resistance ability.

Kindergarten China Job Description

Location: Nanshan District

Contract Term: two academic years.

Student’s Age:2-6 years old.

Work Hours:

• 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, 1.5h lunch break, two days off on weekends
• Required demo classes once a month on Saturday mornings, no more than 10 times a year

5.Daily Schedule:

• the Blue ones are the foreign teacher teaching periods;
• For UOI it’s mainly taught by Chinese teachers but the foreign teacher would be there to assist;
• Foreign teacher can choose either PE or Art to teach
• Office Hour：1:30pm-2:30pm，during thistime teacher can work in the office/prepare for classes/training if necessary/attend meetings, and from 2:30pm teacher will be in the classroom

6.Other Job Duties:

• Group lesson planning once a week
• Teaching and research sessions 2-3 times per month.
• Participation in the organisation of at least one event per semester
• One academic assessment for every 2.5 months.
• Writing weekly plans (UOI, Phonics & Reading)
• Writing ECA curriculum briefs

(3)．Salary and Benefits:

Salary: RMB27000-RMB31000monthly before tax (including 2500 RMB Housing Allowance)
